Return and Cancellation Policy


Not satisfied with your order?

We'd like to know how we can improve!

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, unused, or send us a photo showing that the product is defective. We will confirm the photo, and in most cases, we can resolve your issue without a refund. We ensure that your money will be refunded to your account within five working days of receiving your order, or we will confirm a photo through our customer service.


Important: Beauty products and items bought during sales or other discounts cannot be returned.


Returns by Mail

You have up to 40 days after receiving your order to exchange a product for a different size/color or request a refund if it is delivered to a parcel center near you.

  1. CONTACT info@worldify.net

First, contact us by email for the return address. Since we have different distribution centers, we need to determine from which center your package originated based on the reason for the return.

  1. PROVIDE THE DELIVERY NOTE.

Package the product as securely as possible in the original packaging and include a note with your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. Therefore, always ask your shipping company for a tracking code when returning the package. After sending the package, contact us via info@worldify.net if you wish to have a refund or a different size/color.

Note: Our headquarters are located in China. Please be aware that you should send your package to our supplier (located in Asia) when returning the product.

  1. SHIPPING

Go to the nearest parcel center (post office or package store) and send your package back.

Once the product arrives at our warehouse, the size/color will be adjusted as soon as possible, or a refund will be arranged.


Shipping Costs

It is the customer's responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are not refunded. If you receive a refund on your purchase, the shipping costs will be deducted.

The time it takes to get your exchanged product to you will largely depend on your location.


We always recommend using a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance!
